Step 1 – Contact us
STEP 2 – Choosing a fabric
You can choose the fabrics featured online on any of our sofa images, virtually view our collections via the team on WhatsApp, or physical samples can be ordered to your home. We also offer in-home visits where we come to you with our fabric collection – contact us to arrange this service.
Any fabric can be used to customise our sofas, armchairs, dining chairs and you can even order fabric by the metre to customise items at home. Once you have chosen the perfect fabric simply let us know so we can proceed with this for your order.
STEP 3 – placing a bespoke order
Customised orders can be placed directly online by selecting the ‘Customised’ colour option.
Alternatively contact our team via phone, WhatsApp or email. We can send you a detailed order form showing a full breakdown of your customised items and your chosen colour codes per product.
We never start production on an order without contacting you to clarify your design first!
Our best selling colours can take as little as 2-3 weeks. Specific colours take 10-12 weeks. If your order is due to take 10-12 weeks, we can accept 50% deposit to allow payment flexibility whilst we create your items.
STEP 4 – we work our mAGIC!
Once your payment / deposit is received, and we have contacted you to confirm your design, we hand-craft your bespoke furniture with love and dedication. You can contact us along the way, and we will notify you once the order is ready to request any remaining payments and and arrange a suitable day to deliver.
