Returns & refunds policy

 

We are confident in the quality and craftmanship  of our products and we are 5 star rated on every review platform. We hope you are happy with your purchase, and our primary concern is to address any issues that you may have with your order as soon as possible.

Our furniture items such as sofas and dining sets, armchairs and coffee tables, are bespoke / made-to-order. Meaning these products are made especially for you, in your specific your choice of colours, which means we cannot re-sell the item and therefore non-refundable – however, our delivery teams can un-pack your furniture with you and assist with checking the item for any issues. In the unlikely case of any damages we will resolve this with you as quickly as possible.

  • We advise contacting our team for a design consultation to discuss your desired colour/fabric options before purchasing.
  • We offer video tours of the products to help you see them in detail and we send can fabric swatches to you, and we offer in-home consultations.
  • All items should be inspected upon delivery and we must be notified of any faults/damages within 24 hours.
  • All our items are made of the highest quality, in the unlikely case your item arrives faulty, this must be returned to us within 14 days.
  • Our items are crafted by hand – not by machines and therefore slight variations in size and symmetry can occur up to 5cm and this is not classed as a fault but simply a sign that your item has been made by hand especially for you.
Delivered items: 

Once delivered the items will become your property (provided they have been paid for in full) and your responsibility and, apart from where damaged or faulty when delivered or have been incorrectly delivered, we will not accept any liability for their loss, damage or destruction after they have been delivered. Our delivery note signature is confirmation of receipt and also confirms you have checked the items thoroughly and you are satisfied the item is delivered as expected and free of damages and defects.

Our drivers will unwrap your bespoke items and allow you time to check the items are correct. As a standard procedure our drivers take photographs and videos of the item(s) to document the items condition upon arrival.

Returns:

Please ensure that you check your items carefully before you use them. Returns/refunds will only be accepted for faults/damages when we are notified within 24 hours of delivery and upon submitting your return request and reason in writing to: info@luxurahome.co.uk
We recommend that you keep your receipt or order number, which can be found on your order confirmation email or on the order invoice that comes with your delivery, because you will need it as proof of purchase in the event of any after-sales enquiry.

Items must be returned in the same condition as they were on dispatch. This means that the products must be returned with no additional signs of use or damage.

Items returned with additional damages or signs of use will be refused or a reduced refund amount will be issued in order to cover the repair or replacement of the damaged returned item.
