In the extremely unlikely event your item arrives and does not match the images or arrives incorrectly made in the wrong colours then we will guarantee to exchange your order for the correct product or offer a full refund. Our bespoke returns policy still applies and items which are made specifically for you cannot be returned.

Warranty.
Our warranty applies to most items and is noted towards the bottom of the item description on applicable products and varies from 1-2 years depending on the product. Our warranty is valid for domestic use only and covers loose joints, structure breakage and defects in foam. It does not include issues resulting from normal wear and tear, improper care, or accidental damage.
This does not affect your statutory legal rights.
Repairs.
In the unfortunate instance that your furniture becomes accidentally damaged you can rest assured we can supply parts for you to repair your items. Costs of this are quoted on a case by case basis depending on the item and the replacement part needed. Contact the team for further information.
