How long will it take to receive my bespoke item?
Our bespoke items are carefully handcrafted and take 2 to 12 weeks – depending on the design and materials required.
For popular designs, some spare items may already be in production, which could reduce the waiting time.

DO YOU ACCEPT returns?
We accept returns on non-bespoke items within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Please note that the cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the customer.
Unfortunately, bespoke and customised pieces are non-returnable due to their tailored nature.

How Long does Delivery TAKE?
We aim to deliver your items as quickly as possible while ensuring exceptional quality:
- In-Stock Items: These are dispatched within 7-10 working days.
- Bespoke and Handcrafted Items: Since these pieces are made to order from scratch, the production time is approximately 6-12 weeks, depending on the design and materials.
If you’re looking for faster delivery, some popular designs may already be in production. Please contact us to check availability and timescales for your chosen item.
We offer a wide selection of premium fabrics and metal finishes, including gold, chrome, matte gold, and rose gold, so you can create a piece perfectly tailored to your interior. You can also purchase fabric separately to match or refresh your existing décor.

Is There an Option for Faster Turnaround?
Yes! Our best-selling collections are sometimes available for faster delivery and can be ready within just 2-3 weeks!

Our sofas are crafted with care using the highest quality materials to ensure durability, comfort, and luxury.

Do I Need to Assemble My Furniture?
All our bespoke luxury items are either delivered fully assembled, or our delivery team will handle any required assembly as part of the service.
For other products, some light assembly may be required. This will always be detailed in the product description. If assembly is not included, our delivery team can provide this service for a small additional fee.

We’ve transitioned to being an online-only store to offer a seamless shopping experience, delivering across the UK. Going digital has allowed us to provide our luxury collections at more competitive prices, making them more accessible to all.
