WARRANTY:
Our warranty is valid for domestic use only and covers loose joints, structure breakage and defects in foam. It does not include issues resulting from normal wear and tear, improper care, or accidental damage.
This does not affect your statutory legal rights.
DELIVERY:
As Part of our 2 Person Delivery Service, upon arrival our drivers will take the furniture into your home and room of choice. The drivers will unpack the item and check your new furniture with you. We will photograph each item before you sign to receive the delivery. A copy of the photographs taken along with your proof of delivery.
- Once your item is completed and we have received full payment you will be contacted within 48 hours with a delivery date via email & SMS/Whatsapp.
- The evening before your delivery you will get a text message with an estimated time for your delivery.
